Mizo’s approach to data is designed to balance your privacy, practical customer support, and the requirements of third-party providers that power our interface.

This Privacy Notice explains how mizo.xyz (“Mizo”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with our website and the non-custodial tools we make available through it — including cross-chain bridging, token swapping, multiswap batching, the multi-chain token launchpad, Mizo payment links, and analytics dashboards (collectively, the “Services”) that link to or reference this notice.

“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operators of Mizo. “You”, “your”, and “user” refer to any individual who accesses the Services.

By using the Services, or by acknowledging agreement to our Terms of Service or this Privacy Notice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Notice in full. Defined terms used here that are defined in our Terms of Service have the same meanings.

You may print and keep a copy. We may update this notice at any time. The current version, with its update date, will always appear on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.

This notice does not describe internal personnel practices.

Transaction-related information

When you use Mizo to bridge, swap, batch cross-chain transfers, trade on the launchpad, or complete Mizo payments, you interact with public blockchains and third-party protocols. Those activities may involve cryptocurrency, digital tokens, or other digital assets (collectively, “Digital Assets”) and result in on-chain transactions (each, a “Transaction”).

To operate the Services, we and our infrastructure may process information associated with Transactions, which can include:

• Connected or quoted wallet addresses (sender, receiver, or custom recipient);
• Token types and amounts involved in a Transaction;
• Source and destination chain identifiers;
• Transaction hashes, order identifiers, or bridge deposit references;
• Estimated USD value, routing provider, and execution status; and
• Your internet protocol (IP) address and related request metadata when you call our servers.

We refer to this category as “Transaction Data.” We do not require your legal name or email to use most features of the Services. However, while Transaction Data is retained, it may be possible to associate activity with a wallet address or session.

We retain Transaction Data on our systems to power the Mizo Analytics dashboard, improve reliability, and help our support team investigate issues you report. Aggregated analytics events may include transaction hashes, order IDs, chain and token symbols, estimated volume, provider names, and timestamps. We do not intentionally store your legal identity in analytics records.

If a support matter requires access to Transaction Data beyond our ordinary retention window, we may keep the relevant records until the issue is resolved, after which they are deleted or anonymized using our standard processes.

User data deletion

You may request deletion of Transaction Data or other information we hold about your use of the Services by contacting our support channels. We will respond as required by applicable law. Please note that information recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted or modified by us, and third-party providers may retain their own copies under their policies.

Law enforcement

Where law enforcement submits lawful requests relating to suspected illicit activity, Mizo will cooperate to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Information stored in your browser

Some features store data locally in your browser (for example, via localStorage) so the interface can remember your preferences and in-progress activity. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include:

• Pending swap or bridge orders tied to your connected wallet;
• Mizo payment links you create;
• Recent token searches or viewed launch tokens; and
• Launch hub UI preferences.

This information stays on your device unless you clear site data or we change how the feature works. We do not sync all browser-stored data to our servers by default.

Launchpad and Mizo information

If you use Mizo Launch, we may process additional information you choose to provide, such as:

• Token metadata and logos you upload (stored with third-party hosting services); and
• On-chain launch and trading activity visible on the supported chains.

Because blockchains are public, holdings and transactions linked to your wallet address may be visible to anyone, including Mizo, indexers, and other users. On-chain data is generally immutable once confirmed.

If you create Mizo payment request links, descriptive text and token preferences you enter may be stored locally in your browser and encoded in shareable links you distribute.

Private routing

Certain swap routes on Mizo may use privacy-oriented execution (for example, through CoW Protocol batching). Even where routing is described as private, you should understand how the underlying protocol handles order flow and settlement. Public blockchains and third-party relayers may still process metadata required to complete a Transaction. Review the relevant third-party policies before transacting.

Other personal information we collect

Separately from Transaction Data, we may collect personal information when you interact with Mizo.

Wallet connection

When you connect a compatible digital wallet, we receive your public wallet address and related technical information needed to prepare quotes, display balances where supported, and route Transactions. We do not ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Connecting a wallet does not by itself give us access to assets inside it, though public chain data associated with your address may be retrieved from third-party sources.

Communications

If you contact us by email, Telegram, or other channels, we may collect your name, email address, social handle, wallet address, or any other information you choose to provide. We use this to respond to inquiries and provide support.

User content

You may submit content through the Services or when communicating with us — for example, launch logos, support messages, or posts in Mizo communities on third-party platforms. We may store this content and related metadata (such as timestamps and wallet addresses). We may monitor or retain user content where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce our Terms of Service.

Information collected automatically

When you visit or interact with the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, and diagnostic or analytics data about how the Services perform.

We do not use cookies on the Mizo website at this time. Some third-party services embedded in or linked from the Services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their policies.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from third parties and combine it with data we collect directly or automatically. Sources may include:

• Other users — for example, public interactions in community channels;
• Bridge, swap, and analytics providers — such as LiFi, Across, CoW Protocol, 0x, 1inch, UniswapX, and similar partners whose APIs we use to quote or track Transactions;
• Blockchain data providers and indexers — including public chain data, token metadata, and transaction histories;
• Hosting and storage providers — for example, services used to store launch logos; and
• Social platforms — if you interact with Mizo accounts on third-party networks, subject to your privacy settings on those platforms.

Our Services may link to third-party websites or tools we do not control. This notice does not apply to those third parties. Review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

How we use information

We may use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services you request;
• Prepare quotes, route Transactions, and display analytics;
• Communicate with you about support requests or Service updates;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance and security;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Conduct internal research and aggregated reporting; and
• Carry out any other purpose disclosed at collection or with your consent.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Affiliates — with related entities that help us operate Mizo;
• Blockchain networks — when you initiate a Transaction, relevant data is broadcast to public networks and visible to participants;
• Service providers — such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, bridge, swap, storage, and compliance vendors that process data on our behalf;
• Business transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets;
• Legal obligations — to advisors, regulators, or law enforcement when required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or compliance; and
• With your direction — where you ask us to share information or make it public.

Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete it where appropriate.

International users

Mizo may process and store information in countries other than where you live. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection rules than your own.

Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time, clear browser storage for the Website, and adjust settings on third-party platforms you use to interact with us. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
